With an open heart, I invite you into a space of deep presence, curiosity, and exploration during a very special Double Helix Breathwork & Sound Bath Ceremony on Thursday, July 10th, under the radiant Buck Full Moon—a time of powerful release and realignment.

This gathering marks a meaningful turning point in my path. I’m entering a new, soul-led chapter devoted to travel, study, and the continued deepening of my healing work.

As I step into this season of expansion, learning, and integration, this July ceremony (and one final gathering in September) will be your last opportunities to join me in person this year before I take time away for the winter.
